shopping list? im new to this looking for suggestions of good snacks :) thanks

Things I like:

On sale Feb 27-March 4- Leanfit Whey Protein Powder in a 'big tub'.
Detour Protein Bars
Turkey Bites
Mini Light Babybel cheese
also have cheese strings
Milled Flax seed
Quaker Oats (if you eat a lot of oatmeal like me) ..2 big packs

Prenatal vitamins are soooooooo cheap @ Costco!
(you can check them out at least for when you have surgery!)

 Thank you.  I did bring them with me to the Guelph clinic and she did not advise me differently but I have not had my surgery yet therefore maybe that is why she did not comment on them.  Thank you for the heads up i will not buy anymore now knowing these will not do. Thank again Karen for your great knowledge and sharing it to us.
