Went for a run this morning - looking forward to a nice soak as soon as I get this coffee into me.

 B - bowl of cereal w 1/2 banana
 S - large coffee, 1 sl date-walnut bread w blue cheese & apple
 L - bowl of Thai shrimp soup
 S - fruit smoothie w tofu
 D - pasta w butternut-squash-and-roasted-chicken sauce.


calcium and D3 in, 1/2 l water in.
Multivitamins and B2 still to go

Not sure whats doing today.  Gotta do laundry.  Im behind on that.  Waiting for my sister to show up.  Should be here after 12.  Gotta go to Walmart too.  Hoping the library workers arent on strike.  I really needed to use the computers there....I dont have a printer at home and I need to print off some insurance forms and a copy of my resume.  Ive taken the time Ive been at home to look for a new job and I HOPING that I'll get some interviews soon.   Fingers crossed.

On the menu today:

B: 1/2 protein shake
S: 100g Greek Yogurt
L & D: No idea yet. I may pick up a roast chicken at Walmart.

Good morning (almost afternoon)!

Went out for brekkie, I really needed a change of scenery.  Another day in the books and computer.  I'm hoping to go for a short walk with DH and Zane after dinner, get in a bit of the nice weather.

B - part of eggs benedict order (1 1/2 eggs, 1/2 English muffin, ham, hollandaise sauce) - not a great choice, but I've been wanting it for weeks!
S - decaf latte
L - probably just a protein shake w/ fruit, had too much at brekkie
S - old cheddar, strawberries
D - 1/3 C ww spaghetti, 1/2 - 2/3 C meat sauce, salad if I'm not full
S - fruit salad (yummy, DH picked up lots of nice fruit yesterday)

Nothing wrong with your breakfast at all.  I often skip the english muffin and just let my yolks get a bit harder than normal  but 1/2 english muffin is hardly a bad choice when you are at goal.

Sick of golf and cant wait to get home.....

B - protein shake

s - 1/2 peanut butter sandwich and a cutie orange

l - couple of bites of leftover corned beef and some green salad

d - 4 oz beef tenderloin- zuchini - small potato -
berries over s/f angel cake

All water and vits and decaf coffee and tea
