Are my shakes kosher?

 My Protein Shake:

1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
1/2cup skim milk
Scoop of protein powder 30g-no sugar,carbs or fat
1/2 small banana

Is it ok?

 sounds good to me. this is what i have once maybe 2 times a day.

5 ice cubes
costco premier choc protein shake
handful of frozen strawberries
about 3 heaping tsps of greek yogurt...blend and enjoy.

I'm not sure it is good to say a meal is ok or not. To me it would depend on what else you have during your day and whether you get in all that you need. I get a sense that this is a lot of calories for one shake, but it all depends...not much help am I??

Banana's are too high in carbs this early out I would say.  Did your centre give you guidelines for protein/carb goals/limits?  Tracking online works really well to help you get your numbers where you want them to be.
