Good morning everyone!

Work work work today.  Lots of appointments - either there will be lots of tears or lots of smiles - not sure yet.

B - protein shake, 1 cup 1% milk, 5 strawberries
S - 2 Laughing Cow LF wedges
L - 1 cup chicken pecan salad in a whole wheat pita, banana
S - yogurt, cottage cheese with fruit
D - quesadilla - chicken, cheese, green onions
S - ????

Pretty boring day - but I am getting my hair cut!

Got rid of the nasty dandelions yesterday. Going to spray for weeds today. Man my life is exciting!

Good morning.

I promised my son that I would keep him home from school for a day once I finished my course work, to have a "mommy's done school" celebration.  Today is the day! We're going shopping for soccer gear, then off to a movie.  Hoping to get a ride in this evening....

B - bacon (2 slices), 2 eggs
S - milky decaf tea x 2
L - will be at a movie; probably just a protein bar
S - cheese, a bit of ham or roast beef
D - fish, corn
S - don't know yet

sounds like an awesome day, Karen!! i havent got my bike out yet, too much sand on the road around here (plus i don't like riding in the cold, and the weather's been up and down)

B - egg + egg white and some cheddar cheese mixed in

L - pizza (thin crust, veggie pizza)

D - prolly another slice of pizza

Nothing big planned for today...already done my workout (resistance bands) and will try to get the dogs out for a walk after work (so long as it's not raining).
