Welcome home, and congrats on gettin' out of the hospital. Everything you are describing is normal... the bloated gassy feeling is the worst, and slowly as it starts dissipate you will probably notice how you start to feel better each time you are able to pass gas... seriously. I didn't really feel normal until about day 5-6... so hang in there, because it gets better!

Awesome, good to hear all went well. I hope the bloating will pass soon, I'm sure it will. If it is any comfort I feel cold all the time ever since I started Opti.
