First Day of Opti...the journey begins !!!!!!

I had my first Opti this morning....had the chocolat. It wasnt bad at all, thicker than I thought I had to thin it out...I added a bit of instant decaf to add flavor for the morning drink. It filled me up and I am not hungry. An hour to go until next shake. Having lots of water in between. Surgery is August 22nd so two weeks of Opti. I weighed myself this morning and I am at 250.2. The journey begins Yaaaay

I am the same weight as you but have to do 3 weeks of Opti :( lol

I love the differences between surgeons and clinics. ;)
