So I was told that in the book "The Complete Weight-Loss Surgery Guide and Diet Program: Includes 150 Delicious and Nutritious Recipes" And was told it gives you more options of foods you can eat, its revised from the list of 10 things we can eat... so I found it on amazon.ca for dirt CHEAP
So I wanted to share to everyone else.. Its just shy of $16. heres the link :)
