I'm 6 weeks post op & I went to Aquafit last Thursday but maybe it's too soon??? I don't see my surgeon again until my 3 month follow up or else I'd ask him. What do you all think?

When your incisions have healed .. No scabs you can start aquavit.. Don't do to much to soon you are still healing on the inside

Thanks! My incisions have healed. I didn't over do it, some of the exercises I didn't do. I was just affraid that maybe I started too soon.

I don't know who your surgeon is but give him a call .. explain "I forgot to ask you this and can I do .........."

I started 10 days post op doing arms & legs with cardio. Last week I started core work-gently-

At my one month check up, Dr Huyhn said basically you are healed inside but to listen to your body.

So listen...It's not too soon if it feels ok

Good luck!

Growing old is mandatory. Growing up is optional.

Only you know how your body is doing. Go slow and build up as you feel better.
