Source for Sugar Free Metamucil capsules in Ottawa?

There must be a run on them (pun intended).

I've been to two Shoppers Drug Marts, a PharmaSave and a Rexall.   None to be had.

Any suggestions for a west end Ottawa source?

Thanks

They don't actually say Sugar Free on them so that might be why you can't find them.  They are just called Metamucil Fibre Capsules.  Has a light blue lid.

That never work for me.  Tray Milk of Magnesia, it's the only thing that work for me on opti!  Good luck

It is cheaper just to use the metamucil (plain) and mix in the shakes. You have to take too many of the capsules.

I used milk of magnesia when I was on opti-fast and it worked well for me!

I went from the opti-trots to the opti-clog!

Good Luck, time will go so fast for you now!  angry

Good to know.   I'm kind of used to the OptiTrot syndrome as I'm a diabetic and my Metformin often causes that problem.  Oh so true "never trust a fart".

I've got the MoM on hand, so I might just be set.

Thanks for the good wishes.
