Wound???
Is it tender, oozing or bleeding? Is it read or warm to touch?
I had one incision that oozed yellow fluid (serum) and it opened a bit as well. With it seeping, it kinda looked like a tiny eye. But it did close up. Because I was seeping, I was given antibiotics, in case there was something it was trying to flush out on it's own.
For peace of mind, call and see what the clinic says, if it is seeping, they may want you to take some antibiotics, just in case.

Anytime you have a concern, call the APN.
I had the biggest incision open slightly as serous fluid seeped out. No fever, no pus, etc. I just monitored it and kept changing sterile pads over it as it leaked for over 2 weeks. Read up on serous fluid and you will find that it is quite common for abdominal surgeries. Now I understand the drainage tubes some folks get post-op.
