It was a struggle to decide what was more important... Making my goal on the treadmill... Or making it to the bathroom for a BM in time... Do you burn extra calories squeezing your butt cheeks together for the last 4 minutes????

made me giggle, because just weeks ago I would have been looking for any excuse to get off the damn thing!
