I haven't posted pictures on here at all yet, so I'm hoping I do this right!
Here are some progression photos from my weight loss journey. I took them just before starting Opti, so was probably around 315 lbs in the first. The last was a couple of weeks ago, so I was probably around 235lbs.

I have 50-60 more pounds to go, but am so pleased with my progress so far! I'm also loving how much energy I have - I am now training for a 5K 3 times a week, and doing other workouts (bike/yoga) 3 times per week. I would never have had the energy to do this before!
