Might be in Ottawa Wednesday evening... Heard there was a support/meet and greet.... Anyone know the details in case I can make it?

I think they meet the first Wed of every month, which is too bad because I work Wed evenings, so I can't go :(! But I would love to meet everyone though !!!

Hey Kat, it was last Wednesday evening. Sorry you were not able to make it then :( We had Mike Pattone, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as our guest speaker.
