Good-Bye 240's!!!
... and good riddance!
We all have that weight range from our past that haunts us. Mine was the 240's... every time I put my mind to shedding pounds they would come down from 280-270's... and stick... stay stuck around 242-244.
I almost thought it was going to happen again since my 3 week post op stall hit that very target
This morning I am 239.5, and I have pooped yet...lol...tmi I know
So I may not be the biggest loser, 4 weeks today 15.5 pounds, but hell I've never lost weight that quickly in my life... and, if I break it down it's almost 4 lbs a week and 29 lbs since opti!
Even better is the 42.5lbs since my highest weight at the end of this summer.
So let's hope this is the last of the 240's I will ever see, and I'm also just a pound away from catching up to Joey who had his surgery at the end of August and is a mere 3.5 pounds away from having lost 100lbs!!!!
My plan of course is to catch up and then leave him in my dust... because he is a whole foot taller than I am!
any way... that's my news for the day, I'm off to get my hairdresser to hide the grey!
Have a good one!

Awesome Gratz, every 10th we pass is a great milestone... I hope I am close behind you on the below 240 mark :).
Struggled to get out of the 250s for weeks... now heading for where you are. I am just 5 weeks out today. I hit that same stall at 2 weeks out lol... now waiting for the next one... being prepared makes it a little easier to handle knowing it will pass...
Each week we progress so fast..its wonderful this new life we have been given.
