Well had my PATT's today it was a long day. Got there at 10:30 am and left at 4:30 Holy moly :) Met some great people that made the time fly bye, and found out I lost 15 lbs in a week from optifast was shocked and happy. Next step surgery on March 5th , so close...

I had hoped they improved things but obviously not. My husband read an entire book while waiting for me to go through the process. Like you I met some nice people though and that helped. Good Luck with your surgery
