Hi everyone I am pretty new to the site and am just wondering about the photo section. Am I wrong? Are the photos posted supposed to be of befores and afters? And amazing changes we are all aiming for or is it to post anything?

Im not complaining but only just wondering. Cause I love looking at everyone's transformation !!!

Each person has their own album for any pics....there is a before and after section...but the person sends in the before and after. A while ago many people sent in their "century" photos... Ie. 100lbs lost. Not necessarily at goal.
