1 yr Surgiversary

Good Day everyone,

 

Today is my 1 yr Surgiversary

I have lost 126 lbs....

I have been in a stall for a couple months losing and gaining the same 6-8 lbs...AND THATS OK...

 

CUZ........

I am a new man...I can walk, play hockey, outlast my 6 and 4 yr old on the playground, eat without making myself sick, breath normally, wear clothes NOT from the fat n sassy store, skied Whistler last week after 20 yrs of being too fat to do so, have women taking a second glance and smiling(despite having no ass anymore) fit in the airplane, train, restaurant seats....

AND THE LIST GOES ON!!!!!

RNY SAVED MY LIFE!!!!

to any newbies and pre-ops out there....DO IT!!!!!!

anybody doubting.....DON'T!!!!!

NEVER LOOKING BACK!!!!!!

Ups and Downs along the way and many to go im sure but thats ok.......

CUZ...

Thanks for posting this - I was thinking this morning about not pursing this anymore and you've sparked my excitement again!  Good for you so many NSVs!

Please keep posting, we need to hear from people who have had surgery longer term.  Everyone e-mails in the onset of this, but we need to hear from ppl afterwards, if you're still willing.
