check your protein powders and shakes..

is there something out there that DOESN'T have splenda in it but still tastes good (or can be made to taste good by mixing it with something yummy while still being suitable for post-op)?

PC Brand 100% Whey protein  ..unflavoured.. I add pure cacao..

Loved the chocolate-peanut butter and chocolate-banana.  Best Whey proteins I have every had and they are Canadian.  I have tried over 20 different companies and these are the best I have ever found.  Mixes great with water or skim milk.

I use skim milk, four ice cubes.

Dynawhey has splenda in it.

dyna Whey is the ultimate best - the cappuccino tastes exactly like a Tim Horton's iced capp - by far the best one that i have  tried 

Kaizen pure isolate brand uses Stevia only for sweetener.  You get it at Costco in unflavoured, vanilla and chocolate. I use the unflavoured so I can add coffee or cocoa or berries, etc.etc. 

Not sure why people were suggesting Dyna Whey when it does have splenda in it . It is also a whey blend and not 100% isolate which is what you need. 

Be careful when choosing a protein powder that it is 100% whey isolate and not a whey blend.  The isolate is the most digestible so you are sure you are getting your protein levels in.

just checked - dynawhey has splenda (sucralose) in it. it's imperative that i not have sucralose, which is why i asked the question (sucralose gives me seizures).
