I set myself a goal to lose 30lbs in my first month post op, well I did it and my 1 month surgiversary isn't until Monday!

My goodness thats amazing! Congrats!

Starting weight: 334 lbs.Starting opti weight: 323 lbs, Surgery weight 303 lbs.Surgery-May 21st, 2013 with Dr Hagen at HRRH Goal weight 165 lbs reached at 13 months. Current weight 156 lbs

That's great.. Never thought to set weight goals but that is a great idea! I'm one month out tomorrow so ill have to set mine for a later date!
