Happily on my way!
Well, I called the clinic today to follow-up my doctors call with the social worker. I am happy to say that the surgery is a go! Next, I will be going to the post-op diet class in August and then off to see the surgeon. I am nervous but think this is a good choice for me... the the benefits outweigh the risks. I have had the greatest support from my psychiatrist and family doctor....and great koodo's to them 
for all of their efforts. They have paid off
Well, now I go on with my day...happy I am finally moving on in the process!
