Awaiting final approval for sx. Have had all appt booked and some done already. Looking for info on the 3 doctors here at the Civc. Dr Mammoza, Yelle and a new younger doc..a female. She replaced Dr. Raiche who left 9 mth ago.

Plwase sgare your exoeriences. I didn't qualify for RNY  because of abd  adhesions and blood pressure being very low.

I met with Dr mamazza on Monday, very nice surgeon. He also did RNY surgery on my friend 2 years ago and she is very happy

Dr. Yelle is very nice. Takes the time to answer all of your questions. Dr. Raiche performed my surgery, but I met with Dr. Yelle & he oversaw my surgery.

The female MD is Dr. Neville. She is my surgeon and I will have my surgery on March 20th. However, I have not met her yet, I met her associate on the day of "meet the surgeon". I hear very good things about her.

Dr. Yelle did my VSG almost 5 weeks ago. I met with him only once before the surgery and saw him again the morning of my surgery and he checked on me once in my room at the Civic Hospital. I have had no issues with my VSG (touch wood!) and he was comfortable enough doing my surgery. Total operation time was just under one hour, with no complications.
