surgery is all done!!!!

Hey Everyone ,
I came home yesterday!!I feel pretty good getting from lying down to sitting hurts a little  but other than that no real pain . Thanks for all your well wishes and ive already lost 3 lbs Wahoooo!!!

I hope your recovery is uneventful!

You've probably lost even more than that already! While in the hospital, you get a LOT of IV fluids. Don't be surprised if you see a lot of weight drop quickly for the next week.

Remember to get your protein and fluids in as much as possible.

Walk, walk, walk ... sip, sip, sip!
