calcium chews- too good to be true :P

i thought i had found amazing calcium chews 
i was given the wrong type or i read my paper wrong. :( 
Dont use Viactive-

Who makes mint chocolate ones?

The only ones I found via Google search are Viactive and those are not calcium citrate (which is the type of calcium that we need).

 Viactiv  if im spelling that right. dont know. all i do know is it was on my list of calcium options and i bought them. lol

Yes, Viactiv is the wrong type of calcium. If it was only a "little" wrong, like you need two instead of one, I wouldn't be upset, but you need something like 10 to get MAYBE the effect of one.... and then you'd be courting serious kidney stones on top of everything else.

I purchase UpCal D through Amazon and I also use Citrical (not the bone strength ones, those have good and bad calcium I think)

You would need 60 Viactive per day to get enough calcium,  I did the math.  We absorb about 4% of the calcium in calcium carbonate.
