emotional morning

You just had major surgery - you deserve to have a breakdown now and then. I remember about a week after my surgery, and was so upset about what I did to myself (I did have post surgery complications), that I cried harder and longer than I have every cried in my life. My husband couldn't console me - I just had to wear myself out. I thought my life was over - and I'm hear to tell you that I would do it all over again - no regrets. You'll get thru this - I felt better after about 5-6 weeks, but if you don't have any complications, it will likely be sooner for you. Take it easy, love yourself, and let your family take care of you. HUGS!
