Dandelion greens for Mother's Day Brunch!

My husband picked piles of dandelion greens from our yard today and I picked out this recipe for my Mother's Day Brunch.  Get out there and pick some greens!  Yummo!!  just be sure to find a lawn that isn't chemically treated.  That would not be yummo.
