FRIDAY GRATEFUL POST

Happy Friday Everyone,

First off....HAPPY FATHERS DAY to all the Fathers on OH. We ALL have so very many things to be grateful for in our lives everyday. We should thank God every morning when we wake up that he's given us another day to make better choices for our lives than we did yesterday. I know I personally Thank God everyday for giving me second chances to make better choices and have a better life. Today I am grateful for my life, family and friends, my WLS and OH, for all the things that I've been able to do these 8 `/1 yrs since my WLS. Grateful for all the support and encouragement that I received from the message boards here on OH and for all the answers to my "dumb questions " that I would ask. There are NO dumb questions guys at least IMHO. Grateful for fridays and every day of the week. Remember choices is the name of the game for our WL....choices of foods we eat....portion sizes.....whether we exercise or not everyday. Those choices all add to much success in losing our weight. Grateful for knowledge of what works and what doesn't....too bad it was gained by trial and error. Grateful for all the forums here on OH and amazing people. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a great Father's Day weekend.
