Breakfast is the hardest meal for me. I'm not really looking for something to eat in the AM so I have to really make an effort to eat even a little. Some of the things in my rotation: iced coffee with protein powder shaken in, Greek yogurt with a little Kashi Go Lean or protein granola for crunch, 1/2 Quest bar, mini egg cups or protein muffins a la Eggface, some good cheddar on slice WW toast, or an apple with almond butter.
