Breakfast is the hardest meal for me.  I'm not really looking for something to eat in the AM so I have to really make an effort to eat even a little.  Some of the things in my rotation:  iced coffee with protein powder shaken in, Greek yogurt with a little Kashi Go Lean or protein granola for crunch, 1/2 Quest bar, mini egg cups or protein muffins a la Eggface, some good cheddar on slice WW toast, or an apple with almond butter.

I have been making Refrigerator Oatmeal, 2 at a time, and its a grab and go for me.

My favorite so far is the blueberry and raspberry.   You can google it or pinterest it for more recipes. 

I tried eggs and so far no go.
