What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Hi everyone on this glorious, but rainy Wednesday. I had my second Zumba class yesterday. It is so darned fun. I am a total dork with the dance steps, but really don't much care. I like the music and the cardio, and t is a nice addition to my Pilates and gym routine. I really don't have a lot of outdoor activities that I have done in the past (except for drinking on patios), but this year I am all in. I plan on buying a bike this spring, and I want to take advantage of all of the spectacular hiking trails we have in the Northwest. I also have a couple of 5k's scheduled.
Time since surgery: 3-1/2 months
B: 1/2 cup Steel cut oatmeal, tsp. honey and 1 tbsp dried cherries
S: Light and Fit Cherry Greek Yogurt
L: Not sure. I have a work lunch meeting, so it will probably be a salad. Last time it was a thai chicken wrap that I ate the innards out of.
S: Lite string cheese
D: Beef Pho. I get it to go at a local Vietnamese restaurant and all of the ingredients are packed individually, so I just add the veggies and skip the noodles. So Yummy!
S: Slice deli ham (no nitrates) and a slice of jalapeno jack cheese.

B: Hot protein drink with 1 scoop Bluebonnet chocolate whey powder, 1 scoop mocha Click & 1 ounce SF Peppermint Paddy syrup.
L: Ham and bean soup (heavy on the ham) and fresh blueberries/raspberries
S: Carbmaster cherry yogurt
D: Fage 2% plain yogurt, 1 scoop Bluebonnet vanilla protein, 1/2c. pumpkin puree, 2T organic flax, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1 ounce SF caramel syrup - mixed with organic cinnamon sprinkled on top, 1 organic Fugi apple (2 1/2 diamater)
S: one ounce cheese and about 5 gluten free animal crackers.
S: 1/2 serving Lindt dark chocolate with sea salt
