Good Morning!  I'm back in business after a headache that was lingering for over a week finally manifested itself into a full blown migraine and took me out of commission for a few days.  I haven't had a migraine in like 20 years; probably because I was able to head them off with ibuprofen.  Stupid Tylenol.

I'm actually still feeling a little weak and I wish I was still in bed.  LOL  Oh well, I got bills to pay so here I am.  Anyway, the weekend was nice and I got to watch my baby boy pitch in an interleague game on Saturday.  He went 4 2/3 innings and struck out 6 batters and left the game winning!  #proudmombrag

Is this CAMAW?  I can't remember...  If it is my menu does not fall into that category.  LOL

Time since surgery:  23+ months

B:  Premier Protein peanut butter caramel fiber bar

S:  salt and vinegar pork rinds

L:  lemon pepper tuna pouch, string cheese and a HB egg

D:  turkey cheese rollups

TOTALS:  Cals:  799  Protein:  83  Carbs:  31  Fat:  42

Meh.  I'll probably need to add another snacky-snack in here somewhere...

ETA:  I just read Daisy's post, so I'm modifying!  I'm going to have a salmon pouch and pork rinds for breakfast instead!  Yay!

It's CAMAW! YAY! The perfect reason to get back on track. I've ate very little this weekend, but what I have eaten has not been the best choices.  Sorry about your migraine, AV. We all have missed you.

B: Hard boiled egg

L: Tuna pouch

D: something meaty and cheesy!

I'll post pics tomorrow of the previous day's menu.

Have the best Monday you can.

Nicole

Good Morning!

Bummer about the headaches, Tylenol being really the only OTC option stinks. And sounds like your son did a great job, congrats!

We had a really great weekend, the weather was beautiful! We scored some pretty cool stuff at the silent auction - spa gift-card, yoga classes, gift certificate to a hardware store my husband uses, a bowling party for 10, and a backstage pass for 4 to a morning radio show (Mojo in the Morning) that I am SO excited about! The food was good and it was great company, doesn't get much better than that :)

My son has been so excited to see the Angry Birds movie, so we went Saturday after Lego club. Terrible movie, so boring. And I usually really like kids movies, but this was one was bad bad bad. We finally got to spend time outside. We took the kids to the petting farm at the Metropark, and then tried to take the dog on a walk. Between the hills and heat, he barely made it a mile. And then panted the rest of the day. Poor guy.

So I had my endoscopy on Friday, everything looks normal.  Soooooo it just means my pouch is a picky ***** and doesn't like dense protein.  So I guess I just keep doing what I am doing and not eat dense meat anymore.  Also, the "lump" that I found, is actually my Xiphoid process, which everyone has!  HAHAHAHA  Soooooo yeah.  I guess some people's stick out further than others, and seeing as all my bones have been covered with layers of fat since I was a kid, I am JUST finding this out!

So Thursday I started out with the anxious eating, which turned into me eating like crap all weekend long.  **** YOU CARBS....and the horse you rode in on.    So back to low carb, which I should just stay with.  ugh ugh ugh  I have my first REAL appointment with my new therapist on Tuesday.  Poor lady is in for it!! haha

Parker has a t-ball game tonight, so it will be a rush after work to get dinner into the boys, then to his game.  But OMG 4-6 year olds playing t-ball....I LOVE IT!!!

Well, meat has made me sick SO MANY TIMES, that it kind of repulses me now.  But what I miss is getting FULL off of virtually no carbs and fewer calories! lol

I'm going to look on the bright side here.  You know what your body is doing now, so you can just plan for it.  Find the densest (is that a word?) protein you can get and work it in.

I can't wait until next summer when Kal can start soccer.  I'm sure we have t-ball here too, but that will have to wait until the year after I think.  I tried to get my oldest into sports when he was little and my ex didn't make it easy for me, so we just never went.  I got him into football later on, but by that time he was so overweight that he couldn't even make weight to practice with the other kids.  It was heartbreaking.  He played middle school football for a year, but decided he didn't want to play in high school.  I am starting to worry about him, but I can only push so hard.

Hang in there girly!

I am glad you got checked out, sorry you have to stay away from dense protein-maybe eventually?

Maybe,  I may keep trying occasionally if something looks good to me!  I am just so sick of being miserable with the slime and throwing up at this point
