Question re: Miralax
Here's what I do:
If I pooped first thing in the morning, 1/2 dose.
If I didn't poop first thing in the morning, but have to leave the house within an hour, 1/2 dose.
If I didn't poop first thing in the morning, but will be home for longer than an hour, 1 full dose.
So far, this works for me. If I use a full dose, sometimes I have to poop RIGHT NOW, hence the time limit for the third case :)

I take one capful every moning in my coffee. I am gone for the long weekend and I actually just got back from the pharmacy with a bottle because I forgot my Miralax at home and I now know that I cannot skip even one day of this miracle cure. I also take magnesium daily. I supplement with senakot - if I do not have a poop on any given day I take two senakot pills at bedtime. And drink as much water as I Can manage. So far, so good.
I started with a capful a day, but then dropped it to 1/2 cap and seem to be ok with that.
