Just keep doing what you're doing.

It's fairly easy to not eat a lot this early out so... definitely continue that. And move your body. As you lose weight you'll burn less calories so increase your activity. Walk. A lot. Or swim if you can. Nothing is better than swimming.

Go to Resources and Select Post Op Planner. Put your information in. It gives you a good estimate of what weight you will be each month after surgery.

After the first month, my surgeon told me he expected me to lose 10 pounds a month, but I was heavier than you. By six months the average loss is about 50% of our excess weight.

Thank you everyone for the great responses. Using the online tool that a couple of people linked, I'll agree with the general sentiment of "Eh, yea it's possible I guess" but I also really appreciate everyone's encouragement to concentrate more on following the rules and letting the weight come off as it may as opposed to setting deadlines that I may not meet just because my body went into a stall.
