I am in need of finding some kind of back on track program and support group meetings. Possibly free due to the fact that i dont have any insurance to cover. I have gained weight since my surgery 8 years ago and in some guidance to get me back on track. Thanks

I had my surgery at Centennial Medical Center, and they have an awesome team to help you manage your weight and a staff of Nutritionists and exercise physiologist.  I think there is a fee for transferring into their program if you didnt get your surgery through them based on some other posts.

You can check their website - they have a list of support groups, many oe started by former patients all around the state.  They have a psychologist led support group as well.  I don't know if that one is just for patients of theirs or open to the public.  You can always ask.

there is a good forum on this site called Back on Track Together.  Check it out.  I like it.
