Good morning!  We are half way through the week!!  I managed to actually get some sleep last night so I'm feeling much better this morning!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise:  3 miles on the treadmill
B: Believe RTD or bowl of special K
L: salmon/cream cheese/ 2 multigrain crackers and SF Jello
D: tilapia and veggie
S:  WW ice cream cone

120 or more oz. Liquids
B protein latte
L beef barley soup
D shrimp gumbo sans rice
S Greek yogurt or sf pudding

Already exercised and took vits & supplements but calcium
