Good morning!!  Feeling like I need to get my head back in the game...  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:

Exercise: treadmill
B: Special K
L: Salmon/cream cheese/ 2 crackers
D: Tilapia and sweet pot.
S: ww ice cream cone

Good morning...here is my plan:

120+ oz liquid
B protein latte
L cream of Poblano w chicken soup
D chicken spinach farfalle & salad
S Greek yogurt pudding

Hope to get some bike riding or elliptical in later

Taking vits and supplements now

I was sooo late waking up this morning.  I barely made it to work on time.

Today's Plan:
- Relax, let my HP take control
- Vitamins
- Lots of Water
- Planned Eating
- Track food/activity
- 2.5 mile brisk walk @ the park
- OA Meeting
