24 pounds lost - 195 this morning felt so good!

Being under 200 pounds again felt amazing! 

Since you guys gave me advice and guidance, I adjusted my daily meals and this is what I've been eating.

4 oz of protein in am - as a shake
3 oz of cottage cheese low fat of course & a slice of pineapple (lybby's sweetened with splenda)
tuna for lunch
spinach for dinner - seasoned with garlic & a few mushrooms
4 oz of protein

or
hard boiled egg
tilapia with half avocado & lime juice
peas

I laid off the fruits & will only allow myself to have them twice a week or a strawberry in my protein shake.  Staying away from carbs and sugar -

I'm drinking all my water now and getting that protein down.  Plus I walk a lot and keep myself really busy and that helps.

Congrats! Sounds like changing up a bit has helped. Unless you like the same food all the time, vary your choices a little so you dont get bored with the same old food. You are doing a great job.

My goal:                     160  reached Dec 1, 2012
Today :                       145-150

I am half the person I was in 2008.
