So yesterday my honey (not on purpose) hurt me feelings and can we just say it's been YEARS since someone hurt my feelings (sometimes I forget I have them, lol).  Because it's a NEW emotion I'm having trouble dealing with it...so YES I want to EAT...YES I want a DRINK...and YES to anything else NOT productive that I want to do to compensate for feeling this way.

Today I WILL get my goal of 10,000 steps
Today I WILL go to the gym like planned at lunch
Today I WILL get my goal of 100oz of water
Today I will NOT eat in response to this "new" emotion

LND:  El Pollo Loco Thigh & Salad (OMG forgot how good that cilantro dressing is)
LNS:  El Pollo Loco Leg

B:  6oz Vanilla Chai CarbMaster Yogurt
S:  Coffee
S:  1/2 Apple & String Cheese before workout
L:  1/2 Cup Chicken Curry; Salad w/light vinagrette
S:  1/2 Apple
D:  ??

Water:  Goal 100oz (50oz so far)
Exercise:  Goal 10,000 steps (2,600 so far)
Vitamins:  On target
Attitude:  Turning to pissed...which is NEVER a good emotion for me

Good Morning (or Afternoon/Evening depending where you are!)

B: Protein Plate from Starbucks (HB Egg, 2 apple slices, grapes, 2 cheese triangles, peice of raisen bread)
S: The rest of the protein plate ^^
L: California Rolls (Crab meat, cucumber, avocado, rice)
S: Nothing
D: Not sure yet...maybe Edamame Hummus with whole wheat pita bread

Water: working on it
Exercise: Waling tonight
Vitamins: Yep
Attitude: Leave for vacation tomorrow, woo hoo!

B: 4oz cottage cheese
L: 2oz salmon and 1 oz broccoli (from Ruby Tuesday's)
S: 1oz LF string cheese
D: 2oz salmon and 1oz broccoli (Leftovers from lunch)
S: SF pudding with 1oz strawberries

Vitamins: All taken
Water: So far 71oz
Exercised: Ran 16 mins on treadmill on 5.0 speed.
Attitude: Ready to go to support group full of RNY people, so I can show them the sleeve does work...lol

L - 4 oz. Skirt Steak, 1 oz. Chimichuri Sauce, 4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella (too much)
D - 1 Egg, 1 Slice Sourdough, 1 oz. Steamed Spinach
S - 4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella
S - Popcorn

Multivitamin and B-12
Exercise - Mow the back yard. Bike ride for 1 hour.

Oh I love these whatcha eating drills....

B: Bannana protein shake mixed with diet V8 splash - total yum!
S: nope
L: 1/2 c cottage cheese and 1/4 cup chili with 3 crushed taco chips
S: planning on a greek yogurt
D: No idea

Water - hmm yes I have some here in front of me that I need to drink
Vits - yup there here in front of me too
Exercise - Jazzercise - 60 min aerobics
Attitude - distracted work life balance is VERY challenging today

B: 1/4C egg whites, 1 morningstar breakfast sausage, 1tbsp salsa
L: 2oz Chicken Sausage. 1/4c Veggies which I only at 1 or 2 bites of.
S: 1/2C Cottage Cheese, 1.5 oz deli sliced buffalo chicken breast
D: 2 oz of chicken breast w/ salsa seasoning and 1/4 C veggies.
S: protein shake.. possibly.. not sure yet

Vits: Yep!

Water: 40oz so far

Exercise: Going after work today

Attitude: Pretty good..dealing with some fluctuation on the scale.. I just need 1 more pound to hit 90lbs lost...  but I've made a promise to myself.. after this.. I'm not going to ***** about it. I KNOW this is how my body works. Just need to get use to it!! If I ***** just tell me to STFU!

Hey MsShell...
Sorry to hear the honey hurt your feelings, and I hope you are able to let him know he did in a way that doesn't make him defensive about it. 

LND: 1/2 chicken burrito with pico de gallo, guac and sour cream.

Today:
B: coffee and a protein vial (this is going to be standard for me as long as I can stand it!)
MS: 5 peanut M & Ms with a big cuppa tea
L:  other half of burrito from last night
S: string cheese
D: beef tacos planned . . .

Exercise: going to the gym before the kids get out of school and the chauffering duties start
Water: doing fine. 4 cups so far and I always do 4 more at/after the gym.
Vitamins: Everything but the calcium

Going to be driving tomorrow with a car full of kids, road food Friday and Saturday. I'm taking protein vials for at least some of the meals.

Breakfast: 1 egg white w/ tomatoes & ham, 2 tbsp cottage cheese
Snack 1: 1oz low fat mozarella stick
Lunch: 6oz chili, 2oz green beans, carrots
Snack 2: ??
Dinner: 6 oz Tuna Salad w/ egg & relish

Water:30 oz so far (on target)
Vitamins: On target
Exercise: Grrr (hope to get on the stationary bike this evening)
