Nerves are on overdrive!!!

These are all normal emotions and feeling. You are no different than the rest of us. You are excited, scared, happy, sad, doubt yourself all at one time. I promise you that you are going to be just fine. Take a deep breathe and understand, that you are taking one giant step towards being around for many years for your son--this is something good that you are doing for him and you too. It is a leap of faith and many of us have been down the same road and felt just like you are feeling. I am proud that you can say how you feel, that is good, but understand that this is really a normal feeling. We are here to tell you that everything is going to be just fine. Hang in there, look at a catalog and pick out some new cute clothes that you want to buy in 6 months, believe me you will need them, because all your old clothes will be falling off you.
