1 FREAKIN POUND!

10 DAYS AND I HAVE LOST ONE SINGLE FREAKIN POUND....WHAT  SHOULD I DO NOW...UGHHH....HOW MANY CALORIES A DAY SHOULD I BE HAVING? HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD I BE DRINKING....HOW MUCH SHOULD I BE WORKING OUT.....?????

VSG on 03/29/11 with
64 oz of water and aywhere from 60-100 grams of protien

walking is the best excersize you can do or swimming

 Have you had your surgery and if so, when?  We all go through stalls, even early out there are pauses in our weight.  It's not going to be a slope, it's more like a stair.  Hang in there it will come off.

 yea.. its frustrating for sure. i also just lost 1 pound in about 2 weeks now, its very discouraging but we have to keep it at it. it was my TOM this week so not sure if that contributed to it. it can be a lot of reasons. guess the mantra is to up the liquids, protein, down the calories, up the exercise.. seems to always be the solution. i guess we can also try mixing the diet up a little. fiber is also always good. just keep at it !

Yeah I am trying to drink more water.  Just frustrated!  Thanks for the advice....I need to get positive again!
