1 FREAKIN POUND!
yea.. its frustrating for sure. i also just lost 1 pound in about 2 weeks now, its very discouraging but we have to keep it at it. it was my TOM this week so not sure if that contributed to it. it can be a lot of reasons. guess the mantra is to up the liquids, protein, down the calories, up the exercise.. seems to always be the solution. i guess we can also try mixing the diet up a little. fiber is also always good. just keep at it !
