Ugh, I feel like poopy.

I don't know how it happened but from yesterday morning to today in the morning I gained 2lbs!

I don't know what happened...

I began menstruation yesterday... could that be the culprit???

Ladies, do you have any tricks to not let this get you down or to bring you back down into losing?

Most women retain more water before and at the beginning of their period.  That's why one of the PMS symptoms for some people can be bloating.

Drink lots of water and don't weigh for a few days, it will probably resolve.

I can assure you you didn't gain 2lbs...it's probably water from your period. You will drop it soon enough! No worries!

I gain 2-3 pounds every time I start my period, every month wihtout fail. I also eat more during that time because my body tells me to. No worries girl, just keep on keeping on.
