When I was a kid, my most favorite thing was cinnamon and honey in plain yogurt. I think I'm going to have to try it with splenda now!

Sorry I don't have any other ideas....

It's really good in both Greek yogurt and cottage cheese...and a little vanilla extract too...kinda like rice pudding.

Candied Nuts:

1 cup nuts (Pecans are my fave)
2 tsp cinnamon (variation: use 2 tsp unsweetened choco powder)
3/4 cup splenda
1 egg white

Mix together in bowl well

Spread out on cookie sheet

Bake for 10 minutes in 400 degree oven

I make these for my family all the time. It has that sweet/salty/crunchy taste and it is my way of getting them not to crave kettle corn. Great for them snacking. A bit high in cals for me but if you can eat in small amounts might be good for you.

Both is really good on ricotta cheese. I use to add choc chips but you might want to skip those for now.
