A site I recently learned about on here and have been reading frequently is actually a blog...it's :
http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/
I've been learning a lot of ideas on what to eat after surgery and have been trying them out before-hand. The writer had RNY, I believe, but the food she makes pertains to Sleeve patients also. She has several recipes for what she calls "Bites", which are basically crustless quiches you make in mini-muffin tins. I made a batch and they're quite yummy! I think I'll definitely be using those after surgery.
