Self pay question

 That is just discusting. 10 years!! Holy ****! I can't even imagine waiting for that. I wish I could go for December. I have taken the past 3 months off already to recover from a recent car accident, so getting more time off this year is a definite no go. I also work retail, and vacation at Christmas time is unheard of. We have a blackout period from November through January so I will have to wait unfortunately till February or March.   I don't mind too much. Will be the best birthday present to myself, ever.

Try Florida, my surgeon is fantastic.  Cost $12.5k with 6 months followup included.  A little more than Mexico, but well worth the price difference in my opinion.  Click on his name if interested.
