Week 1 weigh in: Losing the regain

VSG on 06/04/09 with
2 years + 3 months out....Ive migrated up about 10 pounds from where I was maintaining for 8 months. This past week I lost 3 of that. And those who know me...know I say it better in my video blog so go check it out :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tmf4fil_I7w

I think it's great that you decided to do something at only a 10 LB regain! It shows how you've learned from this whole process and have the discipline and know how to get back on track before it's too late (again)! Congrats on the 3lb loss!

Great video, as always.

It's funny/amazing how in maintenance we focus on the 5-10 pound gains and the sleeve lets us get back to the point we want. I've had some regain after vacations but have not had a problem getting back to my goal weight. With the VSG I've been able to change the way I deal with food.

lol, when you posted I thought your name looked familiar..and then I watched the video and knew why. You were one of my main people I watched on youtube when I was researching which WLS I wanted.... =)
