Homemade Protein Bar Recipe (Gluten Free)

I made a video that has a recipe for home made protein bars. Its super easy and super good for you! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3MK0hu9N4w It a  short vid with pictures and ingredient list, like 2 or 3 minutes. I know it can get expensive trying to buy them for $1 or $2 each. Hope you enjoy....let me know if you make them and how they turn out.

Also...I think I forgot to post my week 3 update for "losing the regain" series.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t5cDPFF5yHE .I went up 1.8 pounds, but that can be expected after losing 6 the 1st two weeks...some of it was probably water weight.Im not stressed about it :) Im down for week 4 and will probably post that tomorrow. Thanks to everyone who watches. It keeps me accountable!
