I'm curious if your feet size changed after weight loss... Especially a 100 # loss since that is my goal.  Please share!!

I have lost 161lbs but my shoe size has remained the same, I wear a mens size 15 and I was really hoping that they would. I think its genetic in my family as my dad is a 14 and one of my brothers is a 14. We had a Sasquatch somewhere in our family tree...I'm sure of it.

I do know that a lot of people do drop shoe size with VSG.

Cheers,

My shoe size hasn't changed...and I was really hoping it would as I'm 5'11" and wear a size 11...ugh. A lot of cute shoes stop at 10.

But, my feet have always been long and bony, so I'm not sure where I thought the weight loss would come into play. lol

I have heard some people experience shoe size changes.

I am pre op but down 34 pounds and I have gone from a 9 to an 8 already.  Not only that, my hands are shrinking. My rings all fall off and my hands are getting wrinkled !!

This happened to me also.  Im unable to wear any of my rings.  My hands are getting wrinkled also...I started to grow my nails longer.  It really helps them to look better.

I had to buy all new shoes this week, I went from a 10 - 10.5 to a 9 (70 pounds lost, so far). Hopefully it stops there, I can handle being a 9 for the rest of my life

When i started this journey last September (2010) I wore a size 10 shoe.  I am 5 ish weeks out now, down 50# (as of this morning YAY!) and wear a size 7.  Seriously was ******g me off ever week having to go get new flip flops because my old ones would just randomly fall off my feet lol.  My tennis shoes that were size 10 are now size 8.

I don't need wide shoes anymore, but length wise I doubt my feet will change much.
