Detroit peoples....come ZUMBA with me!
My boyfriend teaches Zumba and he is giving 2 FREE classes so I thought itd be a cool opportunity to invite those of you who live in the Detroit, Michigan area and meet you guys at a workout thing instead of an "eating thing" since normally when people meet up they eat and well, some of us dont like to do that for social gathering anymore! They are as follows (and I will for sure be at both!):

If I remember correctly it was about 6 weeks until I felt "normal" enough to do things. So just listen to your body - you might need to modify some moves, or sit out a song here or there. Have fun!

My daughters' dance studio has offered Zumba to the parents usually one night per week and I love them! The studio is currently looking for a good instructor for Wednesday evenings. The studio is in Fraser, MI. Would your boyfriend be interested, or would you/he know of anyone that would be interested??
