Many are using acronymns and I guess I'm too new to understand:

VS vs VSG - both Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy?
NUT

VS and VSG are both the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy

NUT - nutritionist. Some of them really are nuts.

NSV - non-scale victory. Woohoo! I fit in a plane seat, walked around with my kids all day, bought skinny jeans...whatever. Anything we celebrate that involves the surgery's impact on our lives, not on a number on the scale.
