kps insurance???

I was wondering if anyone who has had the sleeve was able to get it approved through KPS? I was scheduled for Dec. 29th to have a RNY, but cancelled because I really want the sleeve. So now that all my testing is done and I am ready for surgery, I feel like I am at square 1. I'm not even sure how to appeal my denial through my insurance company. If anyone has any helpful advice please send it my way!
