I haven't had it in years, but I used to really like the Myoplex Lite Dutch Chocolate, kinda tasted like cake batter. I've also tried the EAS Low Carb chocolate one, and it was pretty good.

I like it and my doctor approved it. Just be sure to get the "Carb conrol" version; otherwise it has too much sugard. Also, it only has 15 grams of protein in one serving, so when I use it as a meal replacement I add 1/2 serving of protein powder (unflavored). I'm still on all liquids so this works for me.

I don't care for the Myoplex but I love the regular EAS carb control shake...especially the dark chocolate flavor. I oftentimes drink one for breakfast on the way to work

Yep they are good, but do be careful there are some eas products higher in carbs, cals and sugar.
