Everyone's right - cheese crisps rock!
I finally made cheese crisps tonight, and they were fantastic!
I was going to eat them with turkey pepperoni, but I preferred to eat them alone, so that I could enjoy the taste
I used the stove top recipe:
Heat up pan, spray Pam on it.
Measure out 1 ounce of shredded 2% cheese.
Make 6 piles of cheese on the pan. Flatten piles.
Cook for maybe 5 minutes. Flip and cook a couple of more.
I removed them when they were light brown on both sides, and starting to get firm.
Let cool for a few minutes.

When I get to eat these for the first time (and I am counting the day), I am going to take a strip of turkey bacon, nuke it crispy in the microwave, then break it into tiny pieces and when the shredded cheese is in the 6 little piles, sprinkle some of the bacon into each pile and then flatten. Then I will dip them into ff sour cream (or Greek yogurt)...YUM. I can almost taste the little "potato skin" wannabes right now!!
